Where in my life am I trying to be someone I\u2019m not, just to feel accepted, chosen, or safe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then ask,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What part of me is asking to be honored right now?
What would it look like to choose myself here, gently, without justification?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finish by writing,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I choose myself, I give myself permission to ______.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let the answer come without editing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Choosing yourself is not a one time decision.
It\u2019s a practice.
A return.
