For many of us, the relationship we have with our mother becomes the blueprint for how we see ourselves, how we love, how we receive, and how safe we feel being fully seen. This wound is not always obvious, but it lives in our patterns, our fears, and the ways we hold ourselves back and at some point, we feel it.
In the moments we question if we are too much or not enough. In the relationships we struggle to trust. In the life we know we are meant for, but cannot fully step into. This retreat is where that begins to shift.

Why this work matters
Because the way you see yourself, the way you love, and the way you receive did not happen by accident. What you will experience
Over two powerful days, you will be held in a space of deep connection, truth, and transformation. This is an intimate experience by design, so every woman is seen, supported, and held.
Inside the retreat, we will explore how you feel within it, your friendships and relationships with other women, and your fear of being too much or being fully seen. We will also look at patterns of codependency or emotional enmeshment, your ability to trust yourself, others, and life, your abandonment or attachment wounds, your relationship with money and abundance, and your capacity for healthy, reciprocal love.

What Is Included?
This is a fully immersive experience designed to support you on every level.
You will experience guided breathwork sessions, sound bath healing, meditation and nervous system regulation practices, healing circles and deep emotional integration, intentional ceremonies and rituals, and transformational coaching and inner work.
You will also experience connection and sisterhood with like-minded women, and enjoy delicious, family-style meals prepared with intention.
This is a space where you will be seen, heard, understood, respected, and uplifted by women who truly get it.
What kind of transformation I can take from the experience?
This work is about developing a new relationship with yourself, a relationship rooted in truth, in compassion, and in self-leadership.
You will begin to reconnect with your inner maiden, your inner mother, and the woman you are becoming.
And from that place, you expand your capacity to love, to trust, to receive, and to fully live.

What to wear?
Come dressed in comfortable clothing on the first day so you can fully relax and be present.
For the second day in the afternoon, please wear white or bring something white as we come together for a special ceremony.

The Art of Unbecoming
A deep, liberating experience where women break generational conditioning, release old identities, and reconnect with who they are truly meant to be.
The Art of Unbecoming is a transformational experience created for women who are ready to release the roles, beliefs, and expectations that no longer fit who they are becoming. It is not about adding more to your life, it is about consciously letting go of what is not aligned so your true self can rise.
This experience invites you to soften the noise of the outside world and reconnect with your inner wisdom, your truth, and your inner abundance. Through reflection, guided exercises, connection, and embodied practices, women are supported in shedding old conditioning, survival patterns, and stories that kept them small, so they can step into clarity, confidence, and purpose.
The Art of Unbecoming is about remembering who you were before you learned to shrink, before you learned to perform, and before you learned to doubt yourself. It is a sacred space for healing, expansion, and authentic connection with yourself and with other women walking a similar path.
This is a once a year experience held every April, intentionally designed to honor rebirth, renewal, and new beginnings. Spaces are limited to preserve the intimacy and depth of the experience.
