CANCELLATION POLICY:
When purchasing a retreat through our site, a cancellation policy will apply to your purchase. Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand the cancellation policy.
We know that sometimes things come up, and unexpected events happen that can keep you from going on a trip or attending a retreat you’ve planned. If you’re totally sure you aren’t able to make it to the retreat, the best thing you can do is cancel.
- 75% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date. (We have some logistic expenses)
- 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30 days before retreat start date minus any process fee.
- 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before retreat start date. You might be able to use your credit for a future retreat if applicable.
